73 Power Windows

New C3 finally got it on the road and been driving it. Power wndows quit working today, one down of course. Car set for almost 8 years before I got it. I have the 73 service and assembly manuals and found the breaker n the firewall. Power to both sides of it. No noises when I hit either switch with the key on. Where is the relay located? Figured I would ask the pro's before I started pulling stuff apart looking for it. Any sugestions appreciated.

I wish I had power windows in my Vettes but unforunately I had to roll the windows up and down in all 5 Vettes that I have owned over the years. However I have delt with a few power window setups and actually installed aftermarket power windows in a couple of my vehicles. I think if it were me here I would next take the door panels off of the doors to check the power at the window motors to see if your switches are letting power get to the motor. If not I would check the power to the switches on back and go from there. Don't forget to check the fuse box.

Add On: If no power to the motor I would hot wire power to each window motor to make sure they go up and down with direct power to them to get any problem that could possibly be there out of the way first. From there as I said you will have to back track up the harness.

Actually tracked it down to the relay after I got the console out.

What was it a broken or disconnected wire or bad connection or a complete bad relay that needed to be replaced.  Just a little curious.
