Fuel Filters

What fuel filters do you use?
Inline? which one?
I use an inline, do not like using the one that goes in the carb on a Q-jet.
Just like to leave that fitting alone.

I would like to know what others are running. Brand, Type.
I have got good insurance so I could put one of those inline glass ones on.

Only kidding.

I use the one in the carb. Had a translucent one on my first 73 with a Holley. Didn't like the looks of it.

Jessie, I use the factory paper one inside the carb on my '73 but being I rarely drive this car that much I haven't changed it in years. I could understand why you might like to leave that fitting alone as many have stripped or wore out the threads over the years. In my '67 and my Street Rod I use a metal inline filter and I don't touch the in carb filters if I don't have too. disbelief
