Hey Speedie, thats Lake Isabella and the Kern River that feeds the lake...... The Kern River is very dangerous, its beautiful, but it kills 6-7 flatlanders every year. Its one of the most dangerous rivers in the US, also one of the best for white water rafting....... The river falls from 9,000 feet to 1000 feet above sea level in a very short time.
I've never been in the river or the lake, I hate water, there might be soap in it.

Im thinking about coming out forced retirement and moving to Mexico or China so I can find work...........in Japan the Big Mack folks are being the flippers $20.00 an hour............thats more than I made working on $135,000 Peterbilts...........

At the high point in my life I had a IQ of 61 and then I found drugs and alcohol. Dropped out the 9th grade, and Im sure my stats are lower today.......
