Gun laws don't affect anyone but the law abiding.........

An armed public is a polite public............

I have to agree with you here being I am a legal gun owner. I don't want my right ever taken away. Here in N.J. we have one of the strickess gun laws of any state. N.J. doesn't allow assault weapons but I am sure the criminals have them. As a legal gun owner I wouldn't mind owning one myself and what would be wrong with that if you are a legal gun owner? It would be a nice collectable item to have just like an old Corvette StingRay.

Yeah, I owned a M-14 civilian model, AK 47 in .223, a Delta Hbar AR-15 that I built myself.
But in 1987 in California possesion of these models became a felony...
The Democrats that control this state outlawed all so called "Assualt Rifles".

Owning a AR-15 is 10 years in state prison, at the time of the law you were giving 3 choices.

1. Turn in the rifle to the police with no compensation.

2. Register it with the state.......you could keep the rifle but the restictions would make actually shooting or transporting it impossible.

3. You can become a felon.

The majority here chose no.3

One stroke of a democratic pen made an estimated 335,000 new felons in California.
1 twenty round clip is 10 years state prison.

If I lived in most of the other states I could own them all........but not in a demoncratic state.
Yet the crime rate here increases here everyday.......illegal immigration.

Most of the assault weapons that arrived in Mexico do not come through the US. They come from China and other third world countries.

Mexico's President Calderon is just another puppet, same as Obama.

Remember when Obama during the State of the Union address blasted the Supreme court judges.

What really took place was.

This is a defeat for arrogant elitists who wanted to carve out free speech as a privilege for themselves and deny it to the rest of us; and for those who believed that speech had a dollar value and should be treated and regulated like currency, and not a freedom. Today’s decision reaffirms that the Bill of Rights was written for every American and it will amplify the voice of average citizens who want their voices heard.”

The case originally centered on the Federal Election Commission’s (FEC) denial of Citizens United’s attempt to broadcast a film about Hillary Clinton through on-demand cable services in January 2008, but had broader implications in protecting the First Amendment rights of organizations like NRA during elections.

NRA-ILA Executive Director Chris W. Cox, said, “This decision today returns sanity to our political system. The First Amendment does not allow Congress to make laws denying Americans the right to speak out on issues, the right to assemble or organize on public policy issues, or the right to petition our government for redress of grievances.”

NRA-ILA has been in the forefront of defending the First Amendment so we can protect the Second Amendment. This ruling is clearly a victory for our continuing efforts to educate voters on where politicians stand on our fundamental, individual Right to Keep and Bear Arms."

Ya, know originally the 2nd Amendment was added after "we the people" refused to ratifiy "The Bill of Rights".

The original "Bill of Rights", said that "We the Poeple" were to turn our guns to the new Government.....so that "we the people" couldn't use our guns that we used to defeat the British with against the new government......

The goverment has a long history of trying to disarm the American public...........
I doubt that they will ever stop.

A politico here is trying to pass a bill that will make open carry of a gun an unloaded gun a crime........its been legal for as long as I can remember.
50 years ago it was legal for open carry of a loaded gun.

1 step at a time they're disarming the citizen's of California.
Now you can't more buy than one gun a month.
You have to take a written safety test and a state and federal back ground check.
Be a legal citizen of California.
To but ammo the same rules apply.
From what I have heard you can only buy so much ammo.
No online sales of ammo to California.
No private transfers of guns or ammo.
No gun show sales, unless its through a FFL dealer.

No "Assualt Rifle" sales what so ever, you can't give one away here, you can't inherit an Assualt Rifle here.

The list of banned weapons in California is extensive, it includes shot guns, blow guns,
numb chucks, daggers, air inflation knives..........it started with "Assault Weapons".

The goverment here wants to outlaw all guns, but the Constitional Challenge stops them.
So they're going after the ammo.

OBie is quite onboard with all the gun grabbers.

Now is the time when we the people need to be armed..........Mexico is not going to stay in Mexico much longer. Chicago has 100,000 gang members all armed felons.

Los Angeles has just as many with 50% of them illegal Mexican's.
The terrorists are quick to recruit these people.......

Is it that the powers that be, are really that stupid or is it a plan?

The America that I grew up in is long gone. Freedom if you've never had it you can't miss it.

Unfortunately we the people believe everyone gets a fair shake and we the people will tolerate paying for the bad guys in court, jail, etc. And until we the people put a stop to supporting the bad guys, it's going to only get worse. We keep trying to put band-aids on the problems and do nothing to resolve future problems. There are way too many liberals looking out for the bad guys to make sure they are treated better than the poor and needy. We talk about human rights, but they only apply to criminals, not victims or their families. The problem with Americans is we bury our heads in the sand and hope the Government will take care of us. Yea, right! That will never happen. Until the bad guys, illegals, gangs get the message, things will only get worse.

Yep, your right...We the People don't count not only that we the people are becoming
the other people the new American's the illegals don't think like we do..

They just want free........free to sale drugs, free to commit robbey, drive bys, gang activites
etc.
Without social rules and the rule of law, this country is doomed.

A place that I worked at the women there were complaining that a Mexican worker
just barely spoke English after being here for 25 years..

I told them he doesn't need English, where he lived English wasn't spoken.
Mexican's don't assimilate, instead they pay homage to the motherland Mexico.
They fly the Mexican flag, they speak Spanish, they only hire Mexican, they vote Mexican
They're turning the US into Mexico.

As the economy in the US gets worse it gets even worse in Mexico and Latin America.
Those people are not going to stay south of the US Border.

My son in law is a CHP Officer, he started pulling over the gang bangers and the drug dealers.
His LT said that he needed to get back to writing traffic violations, and that he was making people angry for trying to stop the crime in his home town.

Can you believe it.....
With the CHP a state agency its any code anywhere in the state..

Its a whole new world............no racial profiling.........ACLU the former America Communist Party.
Who does all the crime the ones that you can't pull over.......

Arizona's self protection law is getting hammered all the way to the "People's House",
OBie just laughs at it, he makes jokes about it...

California is broke trying support all the illegals, but they the powers that be are still trying
keep up with the invasion from Mexico, it can't be done........ask Arizona.

WASHINGTON – Under pressure to take action, President Barack Obama is ordering 1,200 National Guard troops to boost security along the U.S.-Mexico border, officials said Tuesday, pre-empting Republican efforts to force a congressional vote to send the troops.

Obama will also request $500 million for border protection and law enforcement activities, according to lawmakers and administration officials.

The president's action comes as chances for comprehensive immigration reform, Obama's long-stated goal, look increasingly dim in this election year. Obama has been all but compelled to do something since Arizona's passage of a tough illegal-immigration law thrust the border problem into the public spotlight.

Its about time, but its too little too late.
The Border Wars are just starting........the border is 2000 miles long.

US Troops on the border was predicted in a book written by Dannion Brinkley in the 70's.
He also said that two major cities in the US would be destroyed by earthquakes and that would finish off the US economy.
There wouldn't be any money to rebuild the cities.

I hope that he's wrong but he hasn't been wrong yet.........

Well, if the big one is going to hit, maybe it will be around the Fresno area and we can just donate that land including south of Fresno to Mexico. The population is primarily Mexican anyway and they already speak the language!

Thats a good thing.
Besides the world ended 73,000 years ago. 73,000 years ago the gene pool almost went extinct, a human die off, but look at us now to many people again.
