All my worst to ya

Joran Van de Sloot will not get away with murder this time .He should be in jail for Natalee Hollaways death seven years ago in Aruba .Hopefully the Peru jails are rat infested and his twelve cell mates have STD .

I wonder if he'll be as ****y and arrogant after the first 6months of his life sentence.

If he was accused in the US he would have been found guilty, and given life.
The conviction rate in the US is around 95+%.
That means that the US Justice system is really good or really bad.
The only country that has a higher conviction rate is Japan.

Many people who have been given lengthy sentences have after many years been vindicated
by DNA evidence.

Since most people in the US after being charged with a crime are convicted theres little doubt
that Van Der Sloot would've have been convicted here.

The Dutch have a different system. In Aruba you're innocent untill proven guilty.
In the US your not charged with a crime till the authorites have enough evidence to convict
you. Ie, your guilty untill your proven not guilty.
The burden of guilt is apon the accused, the accusers have incredable resources at thier disposal, crime labs, DA,s the police, the judge.......expert wintnesses, and all the time in the world.
Here if your charged with a crime, you will be found guilty, even if you didn't commit the crime. The justice system isn't interested in right or wrong its only interested in what it can prove.
Hence the high conviction rate.

The Dutch had no body to establish a murder. Here it doesn't matter.
Had the Dutch a body the guy would've been charged.

This time there is a body, theres witnesses placing him at the scene of the crime.
Theres a good possibility that this time hes in trouble.

I feel sorry for the mother of Natalie, she knew it all the time..........

The judge of all judges is sitting high and looking low.

The father of the murdered girl in Peru was quoted as saying: "My daughter died a hero. Perhaps now the Holloway family will finally get the answers they've waited so long to have."

How ironic that the murder of Ms. Flores happened five years TO THE DAY that Natalee disappeared...and in very similar circumstances......

Theres a lot sub-humans on this planet, the Taliban and the Mexican Drug Cartels come to mind, then theres Hezbolla, Iran, Al-Quida, Hugo Chavez, but this sub-human killed a very sheltered teen from Alabama.

She shouldn't been allowed to go to a forgien country in the 1st place.
What would've been wrong with going to Hawaii?
Its said that whens theres a tragedy in a family that the marriage is over and that was the case here.

The stress of lousing a grown child is as bad as anything that can happen or for the most part
the worst thing that can happen to a parent.
You can't prepare for that.

Death only affects the living, Beth Holloway and all of her family will live with this the rest of thier lives, Nattale's friends didn't have out of Alabama mindset to protect each other, they will also have to live with that.

We don't live in Disneyland, one mistake and your history.
Its every parents duty and calling to make sure that thier children know who they are and where they're at. We all know that there are parts of this country where your very life is on the line if you by accident venture into them unprepared.

At 18 Nattale was not ready for Aruba the under aged drinking should have been a red flag for her family.

I don't know about the rest of the country but in California, drinking and drugs starts at about
12 to 14 years.
Natale didn't look like she knew what day it was, still a shame though.

HE CONFESSED!!!!

Thank God, and praise be to saints!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, Peru doesn't have a death penalty, nor do they subscribe to the "life sentence" penalty. He'll get 35 years....maximum. Assuming, of course, that he doesn't get slaughtered in prison.

Great idea!

Here's the rhetorical question of the day:

He said he killed Ms. Flores because he caught her with his laptop doing a search of him and his connection to the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. I'd like to ask him why he became so enraged if he wasn't responsible for the (obvious) death of Natalee. evileye

He's a disgusting sub-human being, and I pray that justice is served for the sake of both of the families who lost their daughters.

I don't know presumably she was a decent girl going on spring break with friends .I don't think it would have mattered if she we're 19 years old or 35 .
I just think he'd a killed someone ,the guy has no morals or conscience .

Ya know Vette Boy its not about that, a teenager has no business going to a island off of the coast of South America for a holiday by herself, where its legal for her to drink.
I agree she would've had the same chance of being murderd in NYC but I would have said NO TO NYC ALSO........Growing up in LA CA theres a saying, "If you f--kup, you die".

My brother went to a house party on the wrong side of town and he was murdered.
I told him not to go and I said that you'd be murdered, but he wouldn't listen.
Were responsilble for those who we love, and Beth Holloway blew that responsiblity.

She should've SAID ARUBA NO WAY...........

I agree. No way I would have let my son or daughter go. Call me over-protective but there is too much bad sh-t going on everywhere. It isn't like the old days where you could kind of trust people. Those days are long gone where you could be safe or think you are safe. The world has changed for the worse. There is no respect for human life or property. Unfortunately, it will only get worse for my kids. They both live at home with us and my daughter is 23 and son is 20. Don't think they want to move out either. Well, honestly here in kalifornia, they can't afford to leave.

Trust me having your Kids living with you isn't the worst think .I have two boys that have always been street smart.Neither has gotten pregnant nor have I ever had to post bail.My wife was the one that thought they should leave the nest but I loved having them around.

Wife of 30 years? You got me beat, I just finished a 24 year sentence with the ball breaker from hell.

I said to her once in my best decorum, The longer that you're with someone the harder it is to get along with them. I thought it would get easier, but no "To much water under the bridge".

With a woman all arguements are circular, it always goes back to every little thing that you did wrong at the gate, and ever since.
They never get over anything. They can't remember to buy beer or mustard, but they never anything that you did.

If a man took a woman's advice on what a man should own, we'd be owned.
With 0 toys and no tools.

"You've never heard your wife talk till you hear her talking through her attorney at the divorce hearing".

A woman's idea of a 50/50 split is 85/15........and then she wants you put the kids on your 15%.

A far as staying in a marriage, or leaving and taking your lumps up front.

"Its easier to stay out than to get out" Mark Twain

As far as adult kids living at home, kids always take the path of least resistence.

My way to clean house was to charge them to live off of me.
They paid rent for thier free rooms, they bought food or they didn't eat, bought thier own cars or took the shame train, shampoo, toliet, paper, phone bill, they liked to work and keep all of thier money to themselves.

After a month or two of no more free hotel, they moved out..............
Then they started to bitch about thier room mates eating all of thier food and using all of thier stuff..........WELCOME TO MY WORLD.

After all of that they call twice a year.
Oh, well.

My wife retired from work almost 24 years ago. She has no desire to go back to work since I do well with the income. SOOOOO, I pretty much have the 50% or just a little more in decision making. But I always ask for her opinion regarding buying stuff. Not that it changes anything but it makes her feel good that I ask.

I like that, "I'm ADD so I'm pretty much doing what ever I want". I use the Village Idiot excuse but it's old like me and the ADD thing sounds way better!

Speedie, Im just kidding.........its humor.
Its just a spoof about the vast differences between the sexes.
Men don't understand women and women don't want to understand men.

But I only married one of those dummies.

I do have a story for ya though.

A guy I worked with "Russ" married his high sweet heart.
I never went to high school, so that was something that I couldn't do.

Anyways the lovely couple wanted a kid and the quacks said that she couldn't get pregnant, so the wife decided to adopt, Russ went along with it.

A year or so later she did get pregnant, so she had her adopted daughter and was pregnant with a boy.
She had the boy and then they moved from LA to God's Country UTAH.

The adopted daughter became a teenager, while Russ and his wife were at work the 14 year old daughter, was sneaking her boyfriend in her room and getting it on.

Russ came home early from work one day and caught them.
So whats a family to do? Yep they told the daughter that she couldn't see the 17 year old boyfriend anymore.

The daughter became outraged, she got so upset and mad at her parents that she set the family home on fire.

A total loss, the daughter was removed from the home and placed in custody for arson. So now the home is gone, the adopted daughter is locked up, but it gets worse.

The high school sweat heart wife has to meet with the guy insurance adjuster about the fire, I guess it took a while.

Anyways one day Russ comes home and theres a note there.
Yep the wife ran off with the insurance adjuster.

People in long trem marriages that work are a lot rarer than you could imagine.
Every second of everyday changes something, the only constant in the universe is change.

"Good times, bad times, give me some of that"..........Edie Pirkel

She didn't know when to quit, she should have said Aruba no way.
So now someone else is dead........money can't buy you anything of any real value, but good judgement can ..........
Beth Halloway didn't have good judgment.

Sorry but I can't divorce the tragic death of daughter from her lack of good parental judgement.
I feel sorry for all who have lost a loved one in this but shizt happens.
You have to be on your GUARD all the time...........

Dude the US just-us system is one of the worst in the world.
Its based on English law......
Alice in Wonderland was based on the English Justice system, it was a parody on the injustice of English Law.

"Off with thier heads and then the trial", guilt before innocents.
US Law is the same, guilt before innocents.

There was a guy here named Scott Peterson who murdered his pregnant wife and was free till the body floated to the surface of the bay where he dumped her and her un-born son.
When the police had a body to prove murder he was charged........and convicted.

No body no murder, thats why Urine Van der Slut wasn't charged in Aruba.
This time they have a body, and a confession, hes done.

Charles Lutwidge Dodgson aka Lewis Carroll also wrote about parallel universes in Alice in Wonderland. Alice fell through the looking glass, into another world.
Its a childs fairy tale but its also a comment on social justice and the universe.

In the US noone is charged with a crime unless the authorities can prove one guilty.
Guilt before innocents.
The trail is just a show. A formality..........
