This isn't good .

Production for all Corvette models 2010 was below 7000 .History has been that most years the production was over 30,000 .If I'm not mistaken 20,000 is about break even .

Well, on the other hand if you own one and plan on keeping it, it may be worth some money way down the road since they didn't make or sell that many? Gotta look on the bright side!

Fred,

I disagree. I think the economy is just starting to make a comeback. The stock market has stabilized and even making some gains, unemployment also. It's going to take a long time but the worst is over. Yep, I am an optimist.

Ken,
I hope you are right. With Obama still at the helm I have my doubts and you really can't blame me.

 B. O. does not run the country. just makes speeches and appearances. The Demos are in charge. Once this country figures out a two party system SUCKS, things will get fixed. Until then, it's a crap shoot!

I see blips of hope ,but I also see inflation .

As far as Corvette ,I just hope we don't hear "temporary suspension of production"

I agree and it would be a first for the Corvette line.

Wow - that would be the lowest production numbers since 1957!

I just don't understand how GM can justify retooling for the C7 .
