Pat my dink

Well after two years of studying I've placed my name of three animal rescue organizations for a Mini horse.I've wanted one for a pet for years .I had horses when growing up and I kinda miss the critters .My dog Lizzie would like a companion and I have plenty of room and I feel strongly about adoption .

Anyway I plan to name the horse "Dink"

I saw on the news today there are Donkeys at rescue camps that need adoption. They say they make great pets. Might be easier to take care of too? Good luck!

Lizzie my dog was a special needs dog ,she was badly mauled by a car as a pup .A young veterinarian decided to spend hours of his own time doing surgery .He and his girl friend kept her until she recovered .We got her at the age of 6 months and she has been a wonderful Friend over the last four years .

In discussing the mini with Lizzie she says riding shotgun is hers and the horse gets the back seat .

Mini's need very little care ,far less than a dog or cat .With all the people comin' and goin' around here she /he will get lots of attention. We do have wild animals in the area so we will make sure Lizzie will have access to the pasture for protection purposes .
