IRS settle an audit for the year 2007 .They ended up with about 10% of what they we're after .That was two weeks ago and yesterday I get another audit notice ,my accountant went ballistic .Then the IRS supervisor said it was in error .
The IRS (indepentdent rear suspension) hasseled me for years, I treated them so bad that they ask me not to respond to them anymore as I was upsetting thier staff.
Stupid azzholes are IRS are the samething......they gave me twice what they said I owed and that was that.
We don't have to fear the government they have to fear us.........

A simple solution, everyone pays 10% flat tax based on income and no deductions or loopholes. Employers deduct the 10% every paycheck and you don't have to do a return. There is no IRS or any monitoring other than making sure employers are taking the deductions and sending the money to the IRS. Yes, too simple huh! Bet the government would have a surplus if it was handled this way. Big business pays 10% also. No excuses!

Theres NO LAW that says you have to pay taxes........NO LAW......... Congress says that you HAVE TO PAY TAXES........The Congress rules the country. It wasn't supposed to be that way, they were supposed to work for us.
Congress supports the IRS 110% because the IRS supports Congress. The IRS is the cash cow for Congress. No money, no government. Its simple........The IRS are the bag men for the real criminal's Congress.
CONGRESS NEEDS MONEY.........ALL THE MONEY IN THE UNIVERSE. Just as the Universe is expanding so is Congress. The "red shift" shows that the stars are moving away from a central point, Congress is in the red, they're moving away from thier base........
Theres only so much money that the Congress can steal from "We the People", so what do they do? They sold the country to the highest bidder. THEY SOLD THE COUNTRY...........Where did they get the "right" to sell the COUNTRY????????
If there wasn't any government we couldn't go out in the streets at night, we can't anyway in most big cities, but "We the People" think that we ARE in "Good Hands" with a central government......WE FEEL SAFE..........
If everyone paid their 10% including big business, congress would still have their way. To me, it's about being fair. Everyone pays their fair share. No frigging loopholes for anyone.

The Santa Cruz City manager just retired after 31 years. His retirement package:
$217,000 a year. $18,088 a month.
A teacher in the Santa Cruz High School system 15 years in.
He was asked to retire because of budget cuts:
His package $36,000 a year. $3000.00 a month.
My ex retired from the San Jose Court system after 10 and got $12,000 $1000.00 a month.
How can "We the People" pay for someone's retirement of $217.000? Is not a FREE country because "We the People" have no choice but to pay this man retirement.
I've been "single" for 34 years, when I had a "good job", a union shop my top pay was $15.00 a hour, I paid dearly for that $15.00 an hour. 28% in Federal taxes and the same amount on state taxes, plus all the other taxes. No retirement......I could barely live on $15.00 an hour and thats a skilled labor job.
Anyone who doesn't work for government is stupid........the government all the governments are giving away tax payer money to those who have a government job....... Thats why its not a free country or even remotley close to a fair country.

You have the "right" to complain, ie "Freedom of Speach", but if you say anything that offends someone you can be charged with a crime.
Under Freedom of Speach if you say anything that causes or starts a riot, you will be charged with a crime.

"We the People" are bound up in a war that can't be won, who did that, the government......did "We the People" get to vote on going to war? No because the Congress knows whats best for the country.... What about Vietnam, thats what that war cost but it was a 4 year in which "We the people" lost.......
