Fred just let me know about this new forum, so here I am as a sort of charter member. Not being computer literate, I can't imagine how one arranges to start an online thing like this, but I'll do what I can to keep it going.
Hey Louie, Thanks for stopping by. As I have said this forum is owned by its members. I am only a link in a chain to trying to put this thing together. Just think you can say what you want on this Corvette Forum. No Supporting Vendors who pay money to have Moderators use Gestapo type tactics to scare a forum member from saying what he truly feels as to the way he was treated. If a Vendor screws up I want to know so it doesn't happen to me or anyone else. Its really a shame what happened at the other Corvette forum over the years. That forum is the best Corvette forum out there even I will admit to it at the moment but the way that it is being run today is sickening to me anymore. Even Kensmith was basically told to shutup in a thread he posted yesterday on 10/14. Right away SaveWave locks the thread (Gestapo Tactics). It wasn't like Ken gave away the link to this new forum and as far as I am concerned he surely wasn't promoting it. All Ken did was tell the truth as to what happened to me former member FFAS23. The mods came into the thread just before locking it telling everyone that I was just being Moderated not banned according to them. Yea Right. I posted at least 6 times since a week and a half ago and none of the posts made it to the threads that they were intended for even days later. Each post was an appropriate post like the majority of mine have always been when helping out other members on that forum. I was banned. Even MasterDave was given ample time as I asked him to check out what the problem was. He basically told me nothing and left me in LIMBO. For the last couple of weeks a window popped up on the screen when logged into the Corvette Forum. I did a copy and paste below.
