Well guys Ive got some sad news about The 2009 Corvette Fun-Fest. Its the Fun-Fest put on by Mid-America the Corvette supplier in Effingham Illinois in September. This was always a free customer appreciation show. It was always a free show. There used to be free food coupons also. Now the free food is gone and now the owner Mike Yegar wants to charge each Corvette driver a $25.00 dollar charge. Thats totally crazy!!!!!! Its supposed to be a free customer appreciation show for all of his customers who have made this man a multi-millionaire. The show is just too pricey now. After you pay for the gas, hotel room, food and now an extra 25 bucks its just too much. Especially in this bad economy. I will be skipping the show this year. Im staying home. I hope everyone else does the same.
