Got it figured out for ya Pete : I go to an out of state sports shop and buy a baseball bat. The day before court I drive to your house leave ya with two black eyes ,three broken ribs ,a brooked hand and four teeth missing.Now heres the best part ,I drive over to her house ,wipe all the prints off and leave the bat in the front seat of her car .You cal the cops ,her prints and your blood is on the bat .You've never left your house.-----What do ya think?

Wow...tempting....
But I am trying to build a good case that shows she is a huge liar and has some other issues that I think the judge will see. I think that will be enough...plus, she will probably lose her temper on the stand when her case starts to fall apart and it will be all over.
