I've had one for years and I try to keep up with technology .I was recently crossing into Canada where I was behind a New York (BMW ).I had forgotten to hide mine or leave it home because they are not legal in Canada .Anyway when the BMW stopped at custom's two agents went to the car and confiscated the detector .The driver after interrogation was ordered to drive on ---Then one of the agents tossed the detector under the rear wheel and crushed it .While they we're all busy I had stuffed mine down my pants .Then it came to me this could really hurt.
