Wow!! I just saw a banner on this forum about joining a site for naughty people looking for nice looking women. Another one was about someone in New Smyrna Beach had a crush on me. I wonder if this forum has a firewall for more explicit ads. Just wondering.
Looks like Fred is allowing ads now. I have seen many different ones at the top of the forum pages. They change all the time. Or maybe it's IE that allows tags to appear at the top?
Everyone the STS Corvette Forum is a free forum. This forum doesn't generate any money here to operate it like many other forums do such as the CF Forum with all their advertisers. Being it is free the owners of this forum have every right to advertise on the top of this forum. We haven't seen many advertisements there for a while being the economy hasn't been so good but you can't blame activeboard for wanting to make some money if they can. These forums have some cost behind them. I could pay for this forum and eliminate the advertisements but without money coming in it wouldn't make any sense for me to do so. Its been working out fine so far the way things have been. Hang in there this is the best I could do on a low budget.

Lou, I have no control over the advertisements placed here. We are all adults. If something pops up there at the top that we don't like we usually scroll right down to the posting anyway.
Again this forum can be rented every month with a cost attached where we wouldn't have to have any advertisements to look at. It is hard enough to get members here with this free forum that has no moderators breathing down our necks except for me. It would be harder if there was a cost involved to top it off or we would have to bring in advertisers to help with the cost. I vote for leaving things as they are but I feel it is really up to the members who post here.

No, I don't have a C3dickhead.......sold it to buy meth. I worked at a concrete plant in the 80's dangerous place, anyways the plant manager the owners brother, had a really nice 1963 Split Window Stingray. He was spolied, one day the Stingray was gone.

As far as the Z06 ,I don't know .The bird is an odd duck and not in a good way.
