I think things are worse than they look .My youngest son works (drives) for a major trucking company .The New England fleet has 50% of the riggs parked .That means a major slow down .
On the commercial loan market things are as bad as residential .I understand some of whats happening as I was involved in banking during 2000-2007 and the problem has always been with the federal Govt.
